1. Final Sale Policy

At indieshop24, we maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on our website are considered final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Clothing and Apparel.

  • Electronics and Accessories.

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines).

  • Personal care and sanitary items.

  • Digital products and Gift Cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error.

  • Reporting: You must notify us at {email} within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please provide your order number and high-quality photos of the damage.

  • Resolution: If approved, we will ship a replacement of the exact same item. We do not offer refunds or store credit for damaged items—only replacements.

4. No Exchanges

We do not facilitate exchanges. We encourage all customers to double-check their cart and refer to our size guides or product specifications before completing a purchase.

5. Shipping for Defective Replacements

In the event of a confirmed defective item, indieshop24 will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or our address without prior written authorization from our support team.
