All sales are final. Given the nature of our dropshipping model, indieshop24 does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products once the order has been processed and shipped.
We do not accept returns for “change of mind.”
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size guides carefully before completing a purchase.
3. Shipping and Delivery
As a dropshipping entity, products are shipped directly from our global suppliers.
Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Customs/Duties: Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes that may apply to their order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment error, please contact us at our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. Resolution for damaged items is at the sole discretion of indieshop24 and may include a replacement of the same item.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been forwarded to our suppliers for fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
6. Product Accuracy
We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
indieshop24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
